Michael Teutsch is the founder and architect of Etactics’ business model. His degrees and related experience in electrical engineering and computer science provide the philosophical background for how our software application and solutions are developed and supported. He believes that the core of any quality organization is a combination of high caliber individuals who care immensely about quality and understand that reality is the customer’s perception. Satisfying the customer is our number one goal; providing innovative solutions that help our customers advance their objectives is our ongoing responsibility.

Carl Trownson | Senior Vice President

Carl joined Etactics from EMDEON many years ago and is responsible for business initiatives that influence strategic planning, solution development, solution deployment and the mentoring of our entire staff. Carl has 25 plus years of experience providing software solutions and services to healthcare clients. Carl has the belief that if you bring significant value, strong recurring relationships will develop.

Bill Salm, Jr. | Vice President

Bill joined Etactics following a successful 26-year career as an entrepreneur in the Office Imaging and Technology marketplace. Prior to Etactics, Bill founded ImagePro, Ltd., a northeast Ohio technology company, and led his organization to consecutive Weatherhead 100 awards and $10 million in annual revenues before selling ImagePro, Ltd. to Toshiba. Bill’s responsibilities as Vice President involve driving adoption of our web-based solutions within the healthcare, commercial and municipal markets while continuing to build and operate our successful Output Solutions business and its derivative product segments.

Joseph Ferrara | Vice President of EDI Solutions

As a Six Sigma Black Belt, Joe is always looking for ways to help our clients improve processes and their bottom lines. Joe plays a key role in launching Etactics’ products, including our AppealsPlus and intelliStatement® solutions. Joe also acts as project manager when onboarding hospitals and large physician groups.
